% 13.02.2020 Vide the present petition, petitioner/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest in FIR No.183/2019 dated 29.03.2019 registered at Police Station Welcome for offences punishable u/s 420/468/34 IPC It is not in dispute that earlier bail application bearing No. 254/2020 of co-accused Raj Kumar was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2020.

In addition to above, complainant has paid an amount of ₹32 lacs by way of cheque and an amount of ₹3.5 lacs by cash. The claim of petitioner is that she has returned an amount of ₹25 lacs, however, there is no receipt of the same.

In view of above, I find no ground in the present bail application and the same is dismissed. Moreover, she was also declared proclaimed offender.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
