% 05.02.2020 The learned counsel for the parties submit that the lis has been amicably settled courtesy the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A copy of the settlement dated 15.01.2020 has been handed over to the Court and the same is taken on record, wherein Rs. 1 lac has been paid in terms thereof and Rs. 3 lacs lying deposited before this Court is to be released to the respondent/workman. Let it be so released. Therefore, all amounts stand paid in terms of the said settlement. The learned counsel for the parties submit that they shall bound to the terms of the said settlement.
