In furtherance of the direction issued in the last order dated 31.07.2025, and in view of the admitted position that the petitioners continue to remain in arrears towards the payment of user and occupation charges, and there being blatant non-compliance of the order dated 30.01.2025, this Court is not inclined to entertain/ adjudicate the present petition any further. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. 2.

Needless to mention that the respondents shall be free to take recourse for vacation of the premises in question as also for recovering the rent/ arrears/ user and occupation charges in accordance with law.
