O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 81/2019, under Sections 304B/498A/34 IPC registered at Police Station Anand Parbat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the younger brother of the husband of the deceased and at the time of the marriage of his elder brother, the petitioner was 17 1⁄2 years of age. He further submits that there is no allegation in the suicide note against the present petitioner and in pursuance to last order, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposed the bail application. He submits that the petitioner's date of birth is 30.05.2000. He also confirms that the petitioner has joined the investigation. BAIL APPLN. 2126/2019

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the I.O./S.H.O. and subject to the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner shall join investigation as and when he is asked to do so.

(ii) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./S.H.O. Police Station Anand Parbat, Delhi with his mobile number and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court.

With the above directions, the application is disposed of. DASTI.
