The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking quashing of the FIR No.0381/2019 under Sections 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered with PS Nand Nagri. 3.
The present petition is founded on the basis that the petitioners and respondent no.2 (Sh Mahesh) have resolved their disputes. They have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 21.08.2019. The said parties have agreed, inter se, to maintain peace and harmony amongst each other.

The petitioners are present in the Court and they have been identified by their counsel. Respondent no.2 is also present in the Court and is
identified by the Investigating Officer. Both the parties have confirmed they have entered into a settlement as noticed above. Respondent no.2 confirms that he does not wish to pursue with the complaint. The Investigating Officer has also confirmed that this is not a case of grievous hurt. 5.
In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the FIR No.0381/2019 under Sections 308 and 34 of the IPC is quashed. 6.
The petitioners and respondent no.2 shall sign a copy of this order as an acknowledgment of their statements recorded therein. VIBHU BAKHRU, J AUGUST 27, 2019 MK
