The present writ petition under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 09.09.2005 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (the learned Tribunal) in O.A. No. 1961/2004. 2.

After some arguments, the petitioner no.1 who appears in person, submits that he does not wish to press the writ petition any further. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 3.

We, however, appreciate the manner in which the petitioner no.1 who is a qualified doctor, has argued the matter.
