Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the parties have already entered into a Settlement through meditation process in a connected matter pending in District Court Karkardooma being Suit No. 254/2025.

Thus, he submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal.

He further requests that since a Settlement has been reached on account of mediation process, he may be allowed refund of Court Fees. 4.
