This is an Application filed by the Appellant seeking withdrawal of the present Execution Appeal.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement before Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 24.12.2024. A copy of the Settlement Agreement is also annexed with the present Application.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant further submits that the disputes inter se the parties have been settled and that the Appellant may be permitted to withdraw the present Execution Appeal. 5.

In view of the aforegoing, the Appellant is granted permission to withdraw the present Execution Appeal.
