At this stage, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition at the appropriate stage if aggrieved by the chargesheet to be filed by the prosecution. Permission is granted.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application also stands disposed of.
