O R D E R

% 06.09.2019 Ms. Pushpa, the 39 year old, wife of respondent No. 5 and mother of Prachi, Hritik and Kirti, aged 22, 19 & 17 years respectively, is present before this Court, in person.

Ms. Pushpa having reflected upon her future course of action, states in the presence of her husband and children that, she would like to reside with her friend, the petitioner, at the latter's residence for the time-being.

Although, the above expression of independence is opposed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Pushpa's husband, nothing has been placed on record to suggest that, Ms. Pushpa has conducted herself in a manner that is contrary to law.

A status report dated 5th September, 2019, authored by Ms. Dolly, Coordinator and Counsellor, Shakti Shalini Shelter Home, 6/30-B, Lower Ground Floor, Kargil Park Lane, Jangpura-B, New Delhi, has been handed over in Court today. The same is taken on record. In view of the foregoing and in keeping with the free will expressed by Ms. Pushpa, as aforestated, the Director, Shakti Shalini Shelter Home is directed to return all her belongings to her, so as to enable her to reside independently, in accord with her own will and desire. In view of the apprehension expressed by Ms. Pushpa, that find reflection in the said status report dated 5th September, 2019, the SHO, Police Station Ambedkar Nagar, is directed to provide her with his telephone number, so as to enable the former to contact the latter, in the event of any apprehension or threat to her safety and security. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master to learned counsel for the parties.
