Counsel for the respondent informs us that the parties have arrived at a settlement concerning inter se disputes.

Our attention has been drawn to the Settlement Agreement [in short, "SA"] dated 29.07.2024, which has been firmed up under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [in short, "Centre"] [ See page 264 of the case file.] 3.

A perusal of the terms contained in the aforesaid SA discloses that the appellant is to receive Rs.16 lakhs by way of monetary compensation towards satisfaction of all claims. Out of Rs.16 lakhs, the appellant has received Rs.5 lakhs. The balance sum is to be paid as agreed between the parties in terms of the SA.

We have perused the terms of SA.

4.1 The terms of the SA, in our opinion, are lawful. 5.

Counsel for the parties have also identified the signatures of the parties, which are appended to the SA.

Parties will abide by the terms of the SA.

Accordingly, as prayed, the appeal is disposed of in the terms of the SA.
