W.P.(C) 907/2017 & CM No.4151/2017(interim direction) By the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to reconcile the accounts with the petitioner and also a direction seeking quashing of proceedings in FIR No.066/2015 dated 23.05.2015, Police Station Tilak Marg, New Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is restricting the present petition only to the prayer with regard to the WP(C) 907/2017
reconciliation of the accounts between the petitioner as well as the respondent.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection to sitting with the officers of the petitioner for the purposes of the reconciliation of the accounts. Accordingly, the petitioner, through his authorized representative, shall visit the office of the Executive Director (Finance) of the respondent at his Office at Jaipur on 09th February, 2017 at 11.30 A.M., for the purposes of reconciliation. The parties shall make an endeavour to reconcile the accounts within a period of four weeks of the first sitting. It is clarified that this order will not come in the way of any proceedings, which have been initiated or are proposed to be initiated by either party against each other.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
