In view of the above, the interim order dated 06.02.2018 is extended for a further period as provided under Section 9(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, leaving it open to the Arbitral Tribunal to order on its modification/variation/vacation in case any application making such prayer is filed before the Arbitral Tribunal by either party. The petition is disposed of with the above directions, with no order as to cost.
