Petitioner and the representative of respondent no.2/Shruti Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd. have agreed to appear before respondent no.1/Registrar, Cooperative Societies on 14th October 2025 at 11:00 AM with the relevant records.

Cooperative Societies assures that the request of the petitioner, in view of recommendation of respondent no.2/ Shruti Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd, shall be processed and accordingly, a proposal will be submitted to Delhi Development Authority ("DDA") within a period of four weeks. 3.
Ms. Mrinalini Sen, Standing Counsel for DDA assures that once the proposal is received, a decision will be taken within four weeks and the said decision shall be communicated to the petitioner. 4.
Needless to clarify, that the approval by DDA shall be subject to payment of any demand, if raised in accordance with law. 5.
If there is any dispute, the amount can be paid 'under protest' and appropriate dispute can be raised on the same, subsequent thereto. However, the approval be not withheld for the said cause. 6.
With above observations, petition stands disposed of. 7.
Pending applications are rendered infructuous. 8.
