The present contempt petition has been filed against the respondents alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 22nd April, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) 6451/2022, whereby the writ petition was disposed of, thereby directing respondent no.2 to dispose of the petitioner's pending application dated 22nd February, 2021 within three months by conducting an inspection of the new premises where the petitioner proposed to shift the institution. nd 2.

It is to be noted that by way of application dated 22 February, 2021, petitioner had sought permission for shifting its institution to another premises.

The petitioner is a teacher training institute and the Management of the petitioner institution decided to shift the existing institution to some other premises.
