Petitioner is facing trial for the offence under Sections 376(2)/363/366 of IPC r/w Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Petitioner's revision petition against trial court's order of framing charge stands dismissed. While entertaining this petition, no interim order was passed. On the last date of hearing, there was no effective appearance on the part of petitioner even on the second call. Same is the position today. Even on the second call, none appears on behalf of petitioner. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed in default.
