The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 14.03.2023 pursuant to which the application filed by the petitioner under Section 319 of the CrPC was dismissed and the accused persons were summoned for offence under Section 325 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Concededly, the impugned order passed by the learned ACMM, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, is revisable under Section 397 of the CrPC before the Court of learned Sessions. The petitioner has an efficacious and alternate remedy. 2.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition.

The petitioner is, however, at liberty to file an appropriate petition before the learned Court of Sessions.
