The present writ petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the Order dated 11.04.2025 passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), New Delhi.

This Court made a suggestion to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that since the Impugned Order dated 11.04.2025 is an Interim Order and it would be more appropriate for the Petitioner to advance all its arguments before the learned DRT itself. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, graciously accepts the suggestion and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned DRT.
