This petition has been filed challenging inter alia the Order dated 14.05.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (PB), New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribunal') in O.A. No. 1491/2025, titled Dalbir Singh v. Delhi Transport Corporation & Anr., whereby the learned Tribunal has directed that the O.A. itself be listed for disposal on 14.07.2025. 3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the learned Tribunal has not granted an interim order in favour of the petitioner. 4.

petitioner, in the above O.A. has challenged the order dated 03.12.2024 passed by the respondents retiring him from service with effect from 31.05.2025 on grounds of medical unfitness, and further praying for a direction to the respondent not to retire the petitioner on 31.05.2025 on the medical grounds. He submits that there are contradictory medical reports, and the petitioner is entitled to continue in service.

As noted in the Order dated 14.05.2025, passed in the above O.A., the learned Tribunal has placed the O.A. for final disposal on 14.07.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise the said contentions before the learned Tribunal.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending application also stands disposed of. 8.
We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, which shall be adjudicated by the learned Tribunal in accordance with law.
