O R D E R

% 16.12.2019 This petition basically pertains to a matrimonial dispute between the parties, which led to filing of different complaints against each other. The petitioner has filed the instant petition seeking a direction to respondent to clear the arrears of maintenance and for clubbing and transfer of all the cases pending between the parties at Patiala House Court Complex for hearing and disposal.

During pendency of this petition, with the consent of parties the matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A report dated 18th November, 2019 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre stating that the dispute inter se parties has been amicably resolved in terms mentioned in the Settlement Agreement of even date.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the terms of settlement are mentioned in paragraph No.7 of the Settlement-Agreement dated 18th November, 2019 and parties undertake to abide by the terms thereof. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the instant petition, the name of petitioner has been mentioned as 'Lovely'

and respondent be directed to make the payments in the name of 'Ms. Lovely Sehgal' in terms of settlement.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that respondent will make the payments in the name of 'Ms. Lovely Sehgal'. It is prayed by learned counsel representing both the sides that in view of settlement reached between the parties. Stay granted by this court vide order dated 27.09.2019 be vacated so that payment can be made to the petitioner.

Heard. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the stay of proceedings before learned MM granted by this court vide order dated 27.09.2019 is vacated.

Since the subject matter of this petition stands amicably resolved between the parties, this petition and application are disposed of with direction that proceedings pending before the trial court stand abated while making it clear that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the mediated settlement of 18th November, 2019 and in case respondent fails to honour the Settlement-Agreement dated 18th November, 2019, petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court for appropriate relief. The present petition along with pending application is disposed of, in above terms.
