The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that he be released on bail in FIR No. 14/2019 under Section 308 of the IPC registered with P.S. Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi.

It is alleged that a quarrel had broken out between the petitioner and the victim and the petitioner had hit the victim with a baseball bat on his head. It is stated that the MLC from St. Stephen's Hospital has reported the injury suffered to be grievous.

The petitioner has been in custody since 28.02.2019. The petitioner

has further volunteered that he shall bear all the medical expenses of the injured.

Considering the circumstances of this case and the statement made that the petitioner will bearing all medical expenses of the victim, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. 7.

The petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- and Mr Arun Nagariya, the proprietor of M/s Mauranipur Union Transport Company, standing as a surety for the petitioner for the equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. This is subject to the petitioner ensuring that he is available on all dates of hearings before the concerned Trial Court and also paying the entire medical bills of the victim.

The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 9.
