This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator which is likely to expire on 20th June, 2024. Ld. Arbitrator is stated to have been appointed vide order dated 16th December, 2021. It is stated that the Claimant's evidence was closed vide order dated 17th January, 2024 and thereafter the Respondent led his evidence and examined the Respondent director's on three dates i.e., 29th February, 2024, 21st March, 2024 and 11th April, 2024.
