Issue notice. Mr. Ankur Mittal, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent- National Highway Authority of India. 2.
Mr. Mittal states that LPA 420/2024 is pending before this Court in which a question with regard to the impleadment of the Government of Kerala in respect of the arbitration proceedings, is to be decided. The parties have submitted before the Division Bench on 22.05.2024 that they will not procced with the arbitral proceedings until the next date of O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 463/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Subject to the aforesaid, no objection has been argued with regard to extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal. The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended by one year from 18.12.2023 to 18.12.2024.

This order, naturally, will abide by any orders passed or to be passed by the Division Bench in LPA 420/2024. 5.
The petition stands disposed of.
