This application under Section 29(A)(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator to continue and conclude with the arbitral proceedings.

Respondent 1 was proceeded ex parte before the learned Arbitrator.

Ms. Bhargavi Kannan appears for Respondents 2 and 3. She submits that, though her client has no objection to the extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, the dispute between the petitioner and her clients stands settled.

In any event, in this situation, the prayer for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is granted. 5.
The mandate of the learned Arbitrator shall stand extended by a period of six months from today.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. I.A. 31376/2024 (Exemption) 7.
This application does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
