This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties arising out of the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 24.12.2013, read with the Addendums dated 24.12.2013 and 12.01.2016. 2.
Mr. Vikas Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents, appears on advance notice, and states that the respondents have no objection to the relief sought.

Although, the petition seeks extension of time for six months, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the time is extended for a period of seven months with effect from 12.05.2024.
