The counsel for the respondent stated that the respondent has expired on 03.09.2024. It is further stated that the possession of the tenanted premises had already been restored back to the respondent/landlord in execution petition no. 2440/2024 titled as Narinder Kumar Gupta V Ram Gopal Sharma as reflecting from the order dated 19.09.2024 passed by the court of Ms. Arjinder Kaur, ARC-02 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (executing court). It is also stated in the order dated 19.09.2024 that the execution petition no.2440/2024 stands disposed of as satisfied. 2.
