It is further stated that the possession of the tenanted premises had already been restored back to the respondent/landlord in execution petition no. 2440/2024 titled as Narinder Kumar Gupta V Ram Gopal Sharma as reflecting from the order dated 19.09.2024 passed by the court of Ms. Arjinder Kaur, ARC-02 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (executing court). It is also stated in the order dated 19.09.2024 that the execution petition no.2440/2024 stands disposed of as satisfied. 2.
