The present petition has been filed with prayer for directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to demolish/removal of the dangerous building situated in Block-B, Baba Colony, falling in Khasra no. 92/11/2, 20, 21/1, 93/15/2, 16 and 25/1, Village Burari, Delhi, owned by respondent no. 4. 2.

A Status Report dated 29th August, 2025 has been filed on behalf of Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), which reads as under: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report clearly states that it is the case of the MCD that the property in question is not in a dilapidated and ruinous condition. The said property only requires minor repairs at all floors and whitewashing.
