The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi for restricting the timings of kite flying and to fix a place for flying kite. 3.

The petitioner, essentially, seeks orders for addressing the menace caused by the use of Chinese manjha.

It is seen that the instant petition is in the nature of public interest litigation. Mr Mehra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State also points out that a PIL in this regard was instituted before the Division Bench of this Court and certain orders have been passed.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be issued by this court.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
