This is an application filed on behalf of the appellant/husband via which the appellant/husband seeks to withdraw the appeal. 2.
Although certain averments have been made as to why the appellant/husband wishes to withdraw the appeal, we are not inclined to make any observations qua the same as these aspects may have to be looked at by the Family Court.

We may note that Ms Shreya Mounoth, who appears on behalf of the respondent/wife, states that averments made in the application, on merits, such as those concerning the re-employment of the appellant as Brigadier MAT.APP.(F.C.) 257/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. post-retirement and his release thereafter, will have no impact on the disposable income available with the appellant. 4.

In view of the order passed in CM No. 4510/2024, nothing further needs to be said in the appeal.
