The present appeal has been filed by the State under Section 378(1) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the impugned judgment dated 25th August, 2010 passed by ld. ASJ-02, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi arising from FIR No. 338/2007 registered at P.S. Chandni Mahal for offences punishable under Section 376/506(ii)/201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Vide the impugned judgement, the Respondent had been acquitted by the Trial Court.
