On perusal of the prayer, it is discernable that the Test Case No. 23/2024 is pending before the original side of this Court. It would, thus, be apposite to peruse the same prayer, as has been made herein, in Test Case No. 23/2024 before the Court at original side. 3.

The aforesaid view is taken keeping in mind the fact that the Court is already seized with the controversy and the parties are also appearing therein, thus the facts and situation can be better appreciated. 4.

In view of the above, the instant Transfer Petition stands disposed of alongwith the pending application.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Coordinate Bench where the aforesaid Test Case No. 23/2024 is pending. All rights and contentions, however, are left open.
