This is a petition seeking directions to the respondents to stop illegal and unauthorized construction being conducted at property bearing No.236, Kohinoor, Sai-ul-Ajab Western Marg, New Delhi-110030 and for demolition of existing structure, illegally and unauthorizedly carried out by the respondent no.4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.4 is making unauthorized and illegal construction at the aforesaid property due to which the petitioner is facing great hardship, inconvenience The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and lot of problems, and in this regard the petitioner lodged a complaint with respondent nos.1 to 3 but no action has been taken. 3.

The learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 states that due action has been taken on the complaint of the petitioner inasmuch as demolition of unauthorized construction has already taken place and the police authorities have been asked to keep a watch. 4.

The petitioner is satisfied with the action taken. 5.

In view of the action already taken on the complaint of the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
