To overcome the objection of maintainability of this writ petition, learned Senior Counsel for petitioners submits that last date for filling-up the forms for examination in question is 6th March, 2018 and similarly placed persons had approached the Supreme Court but they have withdrawn the writ petition with liberty to approach the High Court. 2.

It may be so. Since the subject matter of this writ petition pertains to Recruitment to Civil Service Examination, therefore the jurisdiction is of the Central Administrative Tribunal to redress the grievance raised in this writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition and the applications are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to approach Central Administrative Tribunal.
