Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not carrying out any construction but was just making some renovations in his property, but the respondent, without serving any notice made part demolition for the property with a threat to conduct action for massive demolition.

Learned counsel, as aforesaid, appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/MCD.

unauthorized constructions were carried due to which part demolition took place and no further demolition is being contemplated as of now. He has further stated that the petitioner may be asked to give the representation to the MCD which can be decided.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to give such a representation.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to give a representation to the MCD within a period of two weeks. 7.

The respondent/MCD shall decide the representation within a period of four weeks thereafter. The learned counsel for the respondent/MCD states that till the disposal of the representation, no demolition action will be taken, unless the petitioner carries out any unauthorized construction. 8.

No further orders are required to be passed in the petition. The same is accordingly, disposed of.
