The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "1. Issue a writ of certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, quashing the directions of seizures/imposition of lien issued by the Respondents on the Petitioner's Bank Account bearing No. 10202956393 held with Barakhamba Road Branch, New Delhi of Respondent No.5;

2. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to lift the lien and unflag the Petitioner's bank account bearing No. 10202956393 maintained with the Barakhamba Road Branch, New Delhi of Respondent No. 5, from being marked as fraudulent, and to permit the Petitioner to operate the said account in the normal course as was being done prior The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Issue a writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 & 6 to 8 to inform the Petitioner of any proceedings under Sections 102(3) of the CrPC or Section 106(3) of the BNSS as well as under Section 457 of the CrPC or Section 503 of the BNSS, in relation to Petitioner's Bank Account bearing No. 10202956393 held with Barakhamba Road Branch, New Delhi of Respondent No. 5;

Pending disposal of this Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant interim relief prohibiting any further steps being taken by the Respondents or any court with respect to the Petitioner's Bank Account bearing No. 10202956393 held with Barakhamba Road Branch, New Delhi of Respondent No. 5 and permit the Petitioner to operate the said account in the normal course as was being done prior to the imposition of such restrictions; and"

The grievance ventilated in the present petition is with regard to the debit freeze having been placed by the respondent bank on the current account of the petitioner.

Mr. Prashant Tripathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.5/IDFC First Bank Limited on the last date of hearing had sought time to seek instructions as to whether the account of the petitioner has been reflected as fraudulent account.

He has come back with instructions and submits that the account of the petitioner has not been reflected as fraudulent account. 5.

On instructions, he further submits that the account of the petitioner is no more frozen by the bank and both debit and credit entries are being permitted by the bank in the account of the petitioner. 6.

He further assures that in case any credit or deposit is denied into the bank account of the petitioner, the petitioner is free to approach the respondent bank, and such an issue will be resolved at the level of the bank itself. The statement is taken on record and the respondent shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for. 9.

The petition alongwith pending application stands disposed of. 10.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance of the petitioner survives.
