After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal preferred against an order dated 14.03.2019, passed by the learned Family Court disposing of an application moved by the respondent/wife under Section 24 of the HMA and directing the appellant to pay her a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month as maintenance.

Needless to state that the appellant shall be entitled to approach the learned Family Court in the event of any change of circumstances in the facts of the present case either relating to the outcome of the criminal case filed against the respondent/wife where she has been charged with the murder of the appellant‟s mother or any other change in the fact situation, MAT.APP.(F.C.) 228/2019

that would entitle him to seek recall/modification of the order dated 14.03.2019.

The appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications.
