% 10.12.2019 Petitioner is praying for a direction to investigate into FIR No. 271/2016, registered at police station Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi for the offence under Section 304 IPC.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/State informs that a closure report in this case has been filed. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that against the said closure report, he had filed a protest petition, which has been decided by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate vide order of 17th May, 2019. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner does not press his petition. He states that he be granted liberty to approach the appropriate Court in revision against the said order.
