% 04.03.2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition was preferred challenging the provisional imposition of Anti Dumping Duty vide notification issued under Section 9A(2) of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and now final findings have already been published under Section 9A(1) of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. He, therefore, does not press this petition at this stage.

In view of the limited submission, this petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage.
