% 19.07.2018 The medical report dated 19.05.2018 itself does not justify release of the petitioner on bail as is sought, the necessary medical aid and attention being accorded to him by the jail administration. The charge against the accused is for the offence under Section 302 IPC, the case being at the stage of trial where evidence of the prosecution is on the verge of completion.
