Since the Court is not with the petitioners on the aspect of territorial jurisdiction, the counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, made a motion for withdrawal of these petitions.

The petitions, accordingly, stand disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the Court having appropriate jurisdiction.

We make it clear that we have not appreciated the merits of the matters.

The time spent in prosecuting the present petitions be considered in case if the issue of limitation crops up.
