I.A. 14027/2025 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking condonation of the delay of 58 days in re-filing the petition. 2.

O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 437/2025 is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal in Arbitration Case No. 3 between Kishangarh Gulabpura Tollway Ltd. and NHAI.

under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the 1996 Act seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal in Arbitration Case No. 2 between CG Tollway Ltd. and NHAI.

O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 439/2025 is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the 1996 Act seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal in Arbitration Case No. 1 between Udaipur Tollway Ltd. and NHAI.

Issue notice.

Mr. Gopal Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of NHAI and on instructions submits that NHAI has no objection to the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal in all the three arbitration cases. 11.

It is stated in the petitions that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of cross-examination of Claimant's witnesses and the mandate extended by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2024 has expired on 23.02.2025. 12.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of one year from 29.05.2025 and period between 24.02.2025 to 28.05.2025 is regularised and in respect of all the three arbitrations, being subject matter of these three petitions. 13.
