% 08.02.2024 I.A. 3107/2024 in O.M.P. (COMM) 342/2019 The present application has been filed on behalf of petitioner under Section 151 CPC for withdrawal of the petition. Learned counsel submits that the matter has been settled between the parties under the scheme „Vivad Se Vishwas-II‟ of Ministry of Finance. Learned counsels for both the parties submit that the matter has been settled.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as settled.
