Present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the DRAT to decide the Regular Appeals No. 378/2023, 379/2023, 380/2023 titled as "Ankur Arora Vs. Bank of India & Ors." pending before it preferably within 15 days and to further restrain the Respondent-Bank from creating any third-party interest in the subject property.

This Court is of the view that if the Petitioner wants the hearing to be expedited, it is at liberty to file an application for early hearing. This Court has no doubt that if such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the DRAT in accordance with law.
