Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof directing allow the urgent listing and hearing of the Writ petitions filed diary no. (i) Diary No : 1968440/2023 (ii) 1971082/2023 (iii) Diary No : 1968440/2023 (iv) Diary No : 2008221/2023 (v) Diary No : 857095/2024 filed by the petitioner and list the matter at the earliest date possible;

b) In alternate, examine and decide how petitioner can seek justice for the wrong done against him if in absence of his hearing all evidences are destroyed by the Union of India and its State Instrumentalities; c) Direct the Registry to satisfy this Hon'ble Court what was the conditions which satisfied that the Writ petition filed by the petitioner were not satisfying for the maintainability before this Hon'ble High Court; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. d) Issue Directions to the registry of Hon'ble Delhi High Court and District Courts subordinate to it to accept physical applications as well for the person not competent in law and is filing petition in person; e) Pass such other or further order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the present case."

The Petitioner has made unwarranted and disparaging allegations on this Court. The writ petitions filed by the Petitioner are lying under objections and the Petitioner has yet not cleared the defects. 3.

The present Writ Petition is completely mis-conceived. However, in view of the fact that the Petitioner is appearing in person, this Court is not inclined to impose costs on the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition is dismissed along with the pending applications, if any.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to cure the defects of the Writ Petitions mentioned in the prayer clause. As and when the defects are cured, the Registry is directed to list the Writ Petitions in accordance with the procedure.
