Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that names of respondent nos.3 & 4 be deleted from the array of the parties as no relief has been sought against the said respondents in the present petition and a separate petition has been filed.

In view of the same, names of respondent nos.3 & 4 stand deleted from the array of the parties. Petitioner is directed to file amended memo of parties.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that learned Trial Court has already granted permission to visit the roof top of the suit The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. premises for inspecting the water tanks and booster pumps once in a week and this Court vide order dated 15.09.2022 has also granted him permission during the said visit, to be at liberty to carry out the repairs of the AC units. 4.

He further submits that in view of paragraph 22 of order dated 20.01.2022 of learned Trial Court which is impugned before this Court, the present petition be disposed of and in addition, the petitioner be also granted the relief with respect to the AC repairs as has been granted by this Court vide order dated 15.09.2022.

In terms of order dated 15.09.2022 of this Court and paragraph 22 of order dated 20.01.2022 of the learned Trial Court, the said orders are made absolute and the present petition along with pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
