The present application is filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.130/2019 dated 14.07.2019, under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at P.S. Defence Colony.

It is pointed out by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that the trial is likely to get over soon. He submits that sixteen witnesses have already been examined, and the remaining witnesses are police officials. 3.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application, and file the same afresh in case the trial is delayed beyond the period of six months.

The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
