The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:
"a. issue a writ of mandamus /Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to quash/set aside the impugned Judgement/Order Dated 10.05.2024 of the Appellant Officer i.e. Principal District and Session Judge, South-West District, Dwarka, New Delhi, titled Smt. Hema Garg Versus The Vice Chancellor and Another, PPA Appeal No. 1/2024 as well as the Respondent No.2's impugned order dated 26.03.2024 arising out of the letters/orders dated 08.02.2024, 23.02.2024 and 05.03.2024 of the Respondents;
b. pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

that further six weeks will be granted to the petitioner to vacate the subject property.

In view of the said concession, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner undertakes to vacate the subject property within a period of six weeks from today.
