Undisputedly, pursuant to the reassessment action which was initiated way back in March 2023, a final assessment order has come to be passed on 30 March 2024 under Section 147 read with Section 144 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. We consequently find no justification to entertain a writ challenge at this stage. 2.

In view of the above, we dismiss the instant writ petition leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue alternative remedies which are otherwise available.
