Counsel appearing for the respondent no.2/ SHO, P.S. Jamia Nagar submits that the filing of the present writ petition shall be investigated as a part of the aforesaid FIR referred to hereinabove. 3.

Accordingly, in view of the stand taken by the petitioner that she did not authorise the filing of the present petition and the petition does not bear her signatures, the petition is dismissed.
