The present petition has been filed with respect to the Work Stop Notice dated 30th April, 2025, that has been issued by the Building Department, Shahdara (North Zone), Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), with respect to Flat No. 111-C, Pocket F, GTB Enclave, Delhi110093. 2.

At the outset, the petitioner, Mr. Anup Kumar Rampal, who appears in person, submits that only certain renovation work was being carried out in the flat in question, and no unauthorized construction was undertaken by the petitioner.

Responding to the same, learned counsel appearing for the MCD submits that a complaint dated 21st April 2025, was received, pursuant to which, the officials of MCD intended to inspect the property. same was not allowed.

The petitioner, who appears in person, disputes the same and submits that he has never stopped inspection of the property. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that the officials of the MCD shall inspect the property in question, on 03rd June, 2025 at 11.00 A.M. 6.

The petitioner shall indicate to the officials of MCD, the extent of renovation work, which is being carried out by the petitioner. 7.

The MCD shall ensure that the work, which is carried out by the petitioner, is in accordance with law.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
